Microsoft Forms (Pro) - Loading

I have been using MS Forms for a while but upgraded to MS Pro this morning and for some reason I am unable to access Forms or the Pro version.

It is just stuck on the loading screen. Is anyone else having this issue or able to advise how to get around this? Need to get access asap
