Microsoft Forms outage - resolved

Dear customer,

 

we had a cross region outage from UTC 5:41 AM - 6:07 AM. Customer received HTTP Error 500 when they accessed Forms page at that period of time. And this issue has been resolved.

If you or your customers still met Error 500, please let us know. Sorry for the inconvenience
