Microsoft forms not working
That could be possible depends on how you share your links with others. Since the link contains a token, some apps may truncate it and cause an invalid token, which then blocks others from accessing it.
Hello, We've been working on a forms for weeks and it seems now all registrations and forms are lost. Our event is next week and we really need to get the info back.
When clicking on the shared link it indicates : " This form doesn't exist. Please make sure the link is correct and try again. Technical details. Session id: 43b8449f-0e44-4408-8125-560a2ad4b49e, Correlation id: 2aa09251-f7e5-4d21-a170-509678a67495"
When trying to access from Forms direclty, this is how it appears - see screenshot below. No responses present (was around 70+ two days before).
Could you kindly assist? many thanks

Your IT team should know how to open a customer ticket for M365. I believe there should be a process similar to the one described in https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/contact-microsoft-office-support-fd6bb40e-75b7-6f43-d6f9-c13d10850e77#:~:text=Sign%20in%20to%20Microsoft%20365,question%20and%20select%20Contact%20support. - MorganeGMFOct 11, 2023Copper Contributor

The telemetry indicates that this is a personal form and the form owner's account has been deleted. You can ask your tenant admin to send a ticket to the product team. If the deletion happened within 30 days, they can help you to bring back the responses. However, if the account has been removed or deleted for over 30 days, the data has been permanently deleted and there is no way to restore it.
