Microsoft forms not working
It seems that the 'Share as a template' link for a specific form you attempted to access is broken. Please request the form owner to regenerate the link and send it to you.
Hello, I have tried this by returning to my forms account and generating anew link.
Still have the same issue. Have this problem with all of my forms which is worrying as I have lots of assessments i have made that I use with my classes.

I would like to clarify how you regenerate the 'Share as a template' link. Do you go to the individual quiz/form, click on the '...' icon in the top right corner, select 'Collaborate or Duplicate', click on the 'Recycle Bin' icon to delete the original link, and then click on 'Get a link to duplicate' to generate a new link?
I'm asking because this link is only used when you want to allow others to duplicate your form content under their account. It's neither a response link nor an edit link for your assessment scenarios.

That could be possible depends on how you share your links with others. Since the link contains a token, some apps may truncate it and cause an invalid token, which then blocks others from accessing it.
