Microsoft Forms not loading. "Sorry, something went wrong" error

One of our users has the same problem. He had 6 or 7 Forms and there is only 1 he can't open. He gets the same error .
But he can open it from the app on his telephone.

Hi Adrian_Denmark problem is persisting. Form will not open on mobile either.

To resolve this issue, enable the Office Hive / CollabDBService service for Microsoft Forms with the following steps:
Sign in to Microsoft Azure.
In the left pane, select Azure Active Directory.
Select Enterprise Applications.
Select the X next to the Application Type == EnterpriseApplications option to remove the filter.
In the Search field, type Office Hive.
Select Office Hive in the result list.
Under MANAGE, select Properties.
For the Enabled for users to sign-in option, select Yes, and then click Save.
