Microsoft forms ignores my questions for useres

Hello,

I have a problem with microsoft forms.

I tried to make a form to get all informations I need from my employees before they start their job.

In my manager view I created 33 questions. When I send my form to a user, the user has not all of my questions. First forms doesn´t show question 15-25, know forms does not show all questions after 12. I don´t know why the user can´t see and answer all of my quastions. These are both required and optional responses, which are omitted. Why aren't all questions passed on? I've already created a newer version of the survey and created a new URL and none of that helped.  I waited over night, to solve the problem, it doesn´t help too.

Has anyone an idea? Many thanks for your help,
