Microsoft-Forms Hosting on local web server (On-Premises)

Hi,

I have a question regarding Microsoft-Forms hosting.

we prepare a quiz for our team using Microsoft-Forms, and want to deploy it on our local web-server IIS (On-Premises).

Is it possible to do it, if yes can someone guide how we can do it (any reference discussion or video URL).

Secondly either Microsoft-Forms deployment is cloud based or web server based, can someone tell us if Microsoft have any already hosting in Saudi Arabia or deployment server in Saudi Arabia.
