MicrosoftBased on your description, it seems that question 3 will always be displayed, regardless of which option is chosen in question 1, while questions 4 and 5 will only be displayed based on the option chosen in question 1. If this is the case, you could consider moving question 3 after questions 4 and 5 or grouping questions 3 and 4 and questions 3 and 5 in separate sections with branching set to question 1. However, please note that in this case, you will need to duplicate question 3 in both sections.
