Microsoft forms and send final customer

good morning, when I send a link from microsoft
forms or to an ondrive folder,
the browser of final customer returns them to a link they
have previously browsed.
Is there any way to prevent this malfunction from happening? avoiding answering to clear the cache or switch browsers.
