Microsoft Forms and PII (Personally Identifiable Information)
Is a survey developed in Microsoft Forms able to be configured such that a small amount of PII (Personally Identifiable Information) can be securely stored on a Teams folder in Sharepoint, with only the relevant team members able to access responses data?

dylananderson with the form itself you need to be careful about the information you are asking for as the form might come up against Microsoft's confidentiality algorithm that checks if your questions are asking for personal or confidential information (password, bank account details etc). But if it gets through that then a flow in Power Automate can save some or all of the information into a list in a Team, but not currently to a private channel.
