Microsoft forms access

I have logged into my usual microsoft account and it says I no longer have access. I have created lots of forms on this with historical data that I need access too.  My subscriptions looks up to date from a payment perspective. Has forms been removed from the personal license subscription?  Also why was this removed without my knowledge?  Do I have to upgrade to get this back?  Will my data still be stored somewhere. Thanks
