Microsoft Forms : identify respondents

Hello, I am creating a form to be submitted to clients outside of my organization. I'd like to be able to monitor which emails responded and which didn't whilst keeping the responses anonymous in the output file. Objective is to send reminder to those who didn't respond yet.
