Microsoft Forms - If selecting 'No', unable to send survey
I have this form I've created for members of a community. One of the questions says "Did you schedule your Water Shut Off Notice with the Plumber". I want it when the option "No" is chosen for the person not to be able to send the survey or for some message to pop up saying "You must schedule with the plumber first".
Is this possible? I didn't see it as something I could do with the branching. Also, if this is the wrong forum for questions please help me determine where to go.

cchurchop unfortunately there is no functionality in Forms to disable/enable the submit button based on a particular answer.
