Microsoft forms - How can I add multiple recipients to get notifications once a form is completed?
Does anyone know how to set up Microsoft forms so that when a form is completed the notification gets sent out to multiple recipients or a distribution list?

NatashiaShaffer your email is only going to relate to one form, so just type the form name into the subject field of your send email action in the flow.

I have another question. I have created my Microsoft Form and I have created my Power Automate. I am trying to provide the link to the responses so the people I am having these email sent to, can click the link and open the responses to complete their work. How do I do that?

NatashiaShaffer I just copy and paste the 'collaborator' link into the email body. These are editable and enable people to see the responses. Since you setup a new one for each form, you can paste the corresponding links in each.
