Microsoft forms - How can I add multiple recipients to get notifications once a form is completed?
RobElliott I'd like to see those screenshots, Rob. Thanks!
Mike_Dugo, Kristin_Eck_1966 Kim_Sofo sorry for the delay in responding - work intruded. A very simple example for sending the responses to a form to multiple people is shown below. The trigger is When a new Forms response is submitted and the first action always then Get response details. You can add losts of other actions but I've just added a Send an email (v2) action and added the multiple people that need to be informed about the new response.

Andy_Hallam if you scroll back up about 3 or 4 posts you'll see I've given screenshots of how to do this with a flow in Power Automate.

Rob_Elliott Hi Rob, I unfortunately cannot get the find the pages where your screen shot represent. This prevents me from performing the suggested actions.

RobElliott For the "To" I am wanting to use dynamic content based on multiple email addresses that the user defines when filling out a MS Form. I have been unsuccessful with getting this to work thus far. Any suggestions?

Hi, thanks for this. But one question if I may. I am having difficulty completing the Response Id field. If I want to send an email to multiple people once an MS Form has been completed, where do I find this so I am able to input into the Response Id field? Thanks for your kind help.

KTAnderson1969 You don't complete the Response Id field, you click in the field and select Response Id that appears in the dynamic content box at the bottom right of the screen:

You are my hero! Other than a quickly resolvable issue with the choosing a working email client, this works like a charm! And the ability to structure the body of the email to include form responses is awesome!
Congrats Microsoft! New Power Automate Fan!!!
Thanks Rob! You da man!
- NatashiaShafferApr 27, 2022Copper ContributorHello, When I am in the Send Email section, How can I get my Subject to match the name of my form? RobElliott
- RobElliottApr 27, 2022Silver Contributor
NatashiaShaffer your email is only going to relate to one form, so just type the form name into the subject field of your send email action in the flow.

I have another question. I have created my Microsoft Form and I have created my Power Automate. I am trying to provide the link to the responses so the people I am having these email sent to, can click the link and open the responses to complete their work. How do I do that?

RobElliott is there a way to use the same flow for multiple surveys, or do I need to create a separate instance of this flow for each?
- RobElliottMar 28, 2022Silver Contributor
LibbyDee you need a separate flow for each survey.

- Susan_N14Jan 26, 2022Copper ContributorWhere can I get to the page so the response is sent like you have above?^
- RobElliottJan 26, 2022Silver Contributor
Susan_N14 it's not within Forms but is a separate Office 365 app called Power Automate that connects to the form using the actions I demonstrated above.
