Microsoft Forms - Correct answers with no points

Hello, 

I have received some responses where the trainee has selected all the correct answers, but no point was awarded. I've checked the form from the 'edit' view and there is a point assigned to the question. 

I can manually add a point for this person for getting the correct answers, but would rather not go through all of the respondents to manually double check their answers.
