Microsoft Form URL to indicate the organization
Hello, currently when a form is shared anonymously, there is no indication indication in the URL that this form is from a specific Organizational tenant. Also it does not seem there is a tenant level setting that forces organizational footer or header with logo and disclaimer.

Nouha Mehio that's right, the url doesn't show your organisation and there is no way to add a customised footer to the form. You can vote for that on the uservoice site https://microsoftforms.uservoice.com/forums/386451-welcome-to-microsoft-forms-suggestion-box/suggestions/40214662-edit-the-footer-to-customize-for-our-organization.
