Microsoft Form No labels for ratings only the min and the maximum

this stinks.  I cannot change it. Please tell the higher powers that Microsoft Forms is not user friendly at all.   I cannot do the following ratings because Microsoft doesn't have this template.  Please let me know.  I would like to speak to a programmer.  Is there a way to put labels on a numbers rating question.

2  Some of the knowledge

3  Most of the Knowledge

4  Nearly all of the knowledge

5  Not applicable
