Lost Forms

Hello,

I have 7 or so MS forms that have been used to conduct company surveys over the last 6 months and when Iogged in yesterday they have ALL DISAPPEARED. I have looked at a number of forums and I can't seem to find a way to recover them. It's really essential I find this data. Can anyone help? What's happened Microsoft?
