Lookup data based on user input either from SQL table to Sharepoint List
Hello! New to Microsoft Forms. I feel like it's been asked a million times, but I can't find a definitive answer, so here goes. I need to create a Microsoft Form that will be completed by technicians in the field. Responses from the form will update a SharePoint list. Rather than have the technician type in all the data, when the technician enters his/her tech number, I would like to populate other fields in the form based on that. Is there a lookup or something such that I can do that.
If I need to create a Power App for that, am I better off using the form control in power apps rather than trying to populate the MS Form?
Thanks!

ConnieMaldonado the definitive answer is that there is no way in standard Mi9crosoft Forms to lookup and/or pre-populate data in the form. Whether that can be done with Customer Voice, the old Forms Pro, I don't know.
You're rabsolutely ight that you can do this with a canvas app in Power Apps. It has the Office 365 Users connector which you add to the app so it knows who the current logged in user is and can therefore look up and display data related to that user. So that's always the approach I would take in your scenario.
