Link MS Bookings with MS Forms

Hi, I currently have a questionnaire created with MS Forms (freebie version). I would like to add a question for the customer to select their preferred date/time for an appointment. Rather then just adding a date object on screen, is it possible to link MS Bookings to the form so that it displays an outlook calendar in real-time showing available slots?
