Limited Availability Form

    There's no way to do that with Forms as it currently stands. The product itself is still quite new and evolving.

     

    The function you are asking for is essentially something a Learning Management System (LMS) would manage.

     

    You could try using a combination of the Form, a SharePoint list, and Microsoft Flow to manage this process but if it's just for this limited use then it's probably not worth it.

     

    The other option is to create a trial account with an LMS provider and use that? Lots out there and free ones too.
