Likert Quick Import

Hi folks

i have a written list of Statements I would like to arrange in a likert for forms.

It seems I can only copy and paste one statement at a time and the quick import functionality of forms does not pick up likerts.

Can anyone give me any advice on how to get all my statements into a likert without copying each one at a time?
