Likert question not displaying properly on Mobile

I am experiencing an issue where the Likert scale options are not grouped together on mobile devices. Instead, they display like a table with a scroll bar as per the photo attached. This issue even happens to the mobile preview within the browser. I am using a PC with Windows 10 and Office365 installed. Does anyone know what could be causing this problem? Thank you in advance!

I have the same issue. And it seems to me it started around February/March. For me this has ruined 3 months of data gathering already, and I cant seem to find a fix

Microsoft have resolved this for me in the browser version, as it was in there too. I logged a support ticket. Hopefully they saw it as a systemic issue and resolved it for everyone - including mobile.
