Issues updating/Modifying A Form

Hi, 

I created a form for parts request. I added this form to our Team channel in the top tab. 

After my team started using this, I have been trying to make some changes to the form. I go to Microsoft Forms and edit the form from there. I can see the form is modified from the edit mode, but when I change to the preview view, the changes are not there.

Is there any way I can save, or relaunch?

Is the form file saved anywhere I can see?

Please advise.
