Issue with the bilingual options in settings in FORMS

Multilingual option is not available for Quiz type forms. It is available on the regular form creation.
Let me know if this is not the case.
Yes, I tried various forms in different method and still the option is not available, I even contacted the customer support, and they took a look on my computer through sharing screen and he was also surprised. I don't know what they did but the option doesn't display or show.

Still no option.As per our findings, multilingual functionality will not be accessible for Quiz-type forms or for Tenants using Forms free licenses. It will only be accessible to tenants holding Business or Enterprise licenses.
- But as i said earlier, it should be allowed to the paid user to use that feature and I used different forms to check if the issue persists and it does. I don't know but there is issue from Microsoft end.
