Issue with Microsoft Forms
I went into Preview mode and entered responses in a Form. We’ve done this before with no issues. This time when I submitted it, it took 60+ seconds to submit. The issue is that it didn’t save the responses. All of that work was gone. The same thing happened to a peer – the Form reset itself and all her responses were lost. Might it be a timeout issue? How do we troubleshoot something like this?
- A little more info. The form has 30+ questions. It is acting like it is timing out, but I don't see where we can adjust those settings.
