Issue in adding Branching logic

I have added a branching logic to question 4 

Question 4  ( if no, go to question 5 ) 

When choosing "no"  to question 4 and by passing question 5 ..  you will see the below ( refer to sample 1 )

When trying to go back to question 4  and selecting "yes"  the form will not allow me to submit the form without filling in question 5. Looks like I'm receiving the same issue as if I was selecting no

 

Anyone else having this issue?

    Hi Sophorn

     

    Just my two cents

     

    You maybe missing the next step of the branch which is to specify where the If yes and If no questions take you.

     

    1. Link Yes option to a question (e.g. Q1 yes links to Q2 pathway).

    2. Link No option to a question (e.g. Q1 yes links to Q3 pathway).

    3. In Q2, link that to the next logical question. Do the same for Q3.

     

    Now run the form and choose Yes or No in Q1 and you will see only one or the other branch question appear.

     

     

    Branching set upIf I select yes, appropriate question appearsIf I select no, appropriate question appears

    If I switch between the two it only shows me one or the other.
