Is there a way to make a question branch off the response of more than one other question?

So essentially I am asking if a choice question can be made to evaluate the response of more than one choice question before being high or low?  If not - is there any established strategy to creating a form that can simulate this to a believable degree?

I'm pretty new to this so hopefully my wording was concise and understandable, but I can elaborate further if required.
