Is it possible to get Forms to pull data from other Office 365 locations?

So I am looking in to creating a form to for a new user request.

I would like to be able to ask questions such as

• Please select your department
• Please select which Teams the user needs to be a member of
• Please select which email groups the user needs to be a member of

Rather than manually inputting these options is there a way to get MS Forms to pull data from Teams, Azure AD etc?
