Is Forms currently down?

I haven't had a chance to use Forms yet, but the website isn't even loading for me. Is Forms down currently? Checked with a colleague and the same is happening for her too.

    Hi,

     

    I have exactly the same problem. When I go to this site:

     

    https://forms.office.com/

     

    I get redirected to this site:

     

    https://forms.office.com/Pages/DesignPage.aspx

     

    And the screen is constantly loading as in the image from esomerville

        i have the same problem. 1st time to try 'forms' but wondering if it is worth it
