Rob-CTL we are having the same issues with several of our students on their iPads. Even typing the link to the new form in by hand sends them to an old form! Will try your quick fix solution, but I would also love to know the answer!
sophiegorrin no I've not managed to find any reason for the issue, the workaround is the only "solution" currently
