Informations to confirm
A form can't look up any data from a another datasource, so you can't display to the user the types of laptop your other system thinks they have.
You could have a choice question with a list of makes. Then use branching so if HP is selected it takes the user to another section and choice question for which model of HP laptop they have. If they selected Dell it takes them to another section and choice question for which model of Dell laptop they have. And so on.
However, the branching is not possible if the first question allows multiple answers. You would have to get the user to enter the models of laptop they have manually.
