I didn't expect that Google Forms could automatically create multiple options by copying multiple choices into the first option—it's really amazing. Microsoft Forms' auto-import feature is super convenient. You can format your document in advance, and then use "Quick Import" to automatically build the form. If you encounter any issues with document formatting, you can search for "formlinker word to form," which can convert any format into Microsoft Forms. Hope this helps!
