Image does not load in MS Forms
When I chose an image in Bing Search my form crashed the header image. It is looping and does not show the image or allows me to delete it. What to do?

Just to tick off the basics (which you may have already done), have you tried to refresh the page, or close the browser and log back in?
Failing the above, I see you already have some responses in the survey, is it possible to copy the survey and work on the new copy? It might help?
