PE19212 looking at that url in your message it seems as though Microsoft are using the new Lists to store the images, but it hasn't rolled out to everyone yet - I don't have it in my tenant - so that might possibly be the cause.

Just wondering whether the issue is based on maybe the size or file format of the image... it may also be dependent upon where the logo is stored.

JoLamo these are fair questions. I don't think these are factors though as the file is only a standard jpeg file, less than 60k, of dimensions 500x167 pixels!.
My guess is that the issue seems to be with latency - sometimes the graphic appears straight away, other times it keeps spinning and appears minutes later, or fails with an error message saying it couldn't load it. I have uploaded the file and it is being drawn from https://lists.office.com/Images/..... so I'm not sure how to fix this... it just looks really bad if we're using it with customers...

RobElliott - thanks, that is useful to know.
Is there anywhere I can check to see which "features" my Production Tenancy is partaking in for Forms Pro please ?. I am not sure if I can control this in any way, but it would seem a good idea to be able to manage change on a Production site and be able to test them first in my Forms Pro Sandbox environment.
