Identify responses with a participant number
Hi,
I would like to record who takes part in my survey but I would like to record participants by number rather than name, so that it remains anonymous. Is that possible to do on forms?

Harriet1225 a form can't be anonymous if it allows you to know who submitted it. All you can do is to add a question asking them for their number, but then of course it's not anonymous.
