I want users to add New lines items in response

I want users to Add New lines items or Delete or Edit in response while they respond

    osman_124 it's not possible with Forms but is easy to do in Power Apps.  So I think that's where you need to look.

      RobElliott Can you explain a little more how this is accomplished in _Power Apps_?  It appears MS Forms just does not support CRLF in long textbox fields.
