I inadvertently removed the Name, Email and timestamp field from Form results. Need to fix

Hi All,

 

I inadvertently removed the Name, Email and timestamp field from Form results. Does anyone know I can add them back so that when people complete my form these fields are populated again?

    Hi Adam

    If it's only from the Excel spreadsheet that you have removed it from, then try generating the Excel doc again by going into the Form and retrieving the results.

    Had you removed details from the Form itself, you would have been out of luck! Let me know how you go?
