I can't open my forms responses in excel

Hi!

 

When I try to open the responses of my shared forms with my team, it doesnt work.

 

It keeps downloading and never ends.

What should I do?

    Hi vittoriamantuano 

     

    I see you are using IE to open the form. Have you tried Chrome and other browsers?

     

    IE isn't a great browser to use these days and the more modern browsers tend to be more reliable.
