Hyperlinks not working in MS Form

I have a personal subscription to MS 365. I am building a Form for a customer and when I enter hyperlinks either into a question or the subtitle section, the hyperlink isn't working. This function works on my work account. Is there a different between the two? Please help, this is due by tomorrow.
