HTLM string as part of submitted answer

Hi! 

Somebody at our organisation created a Microsoft forms survey, however we are receiving the full html string as part of the answer. The survey worked fine last year and it is the same survey that is being sent out to users this year as well. 

Has anybody experienced this before? Please help 🙂
