How to use AutoFill Plugin with Forms

As a LinkedIn employee, I am trying to create a Microsoft Form survey for external use and am trying to enable the option to autofill contact data with LinkedIn profile data.

 

I found this article, but don't see the ability to add JavaScript to my form: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/linkedin/consumer/integrations/self-serve/plugins/autofill-plugin

    Katie_Pillen there is no functionality to add javascript to a form or to autofill any data.
