Your idea is not acceptable!
Immediately after the availability of such a function - each user should opt out of filling out the Microsoft form -> it is obvious and does not require additional explanation!
No this is a genuine request. Word "Owner" is interpreted by users as company Owner and not form onwer.
kamleshwarsuri Microsoft has not updated this functionality. I agree that "form owner" or "form administrator" instead of "owner" would be much clearer.
