How to set up a question to gather multiple types of data?
I'm working on a survey to track equipment in various departments. I have it set up already so staff would identify which items they have, but I also want to know how many of each item (which would likely need to be an open text field). Is there a way to do that in the same question?

GRocco you can't pre-populate a form with items the user has, but you could add a likert question with all the items and a number for them to select. Something like this:
