How to list all the MS forms which is created for a particular tenant?
Is there any way to list all the MS Forms created in a tenant thru PowerShell or any other way?

With the UserVoice shutting down, and the other links above to features not working, i've found these to be still open and accepting votes on the Forms/Microsoft Feedback forum:
- aProvide an option to acess all forms created by Admins · Community
- The ability to manage Forms across the tenant through an Admin Center similar to SharePoint · Community
- Global Admin or Forms admin to manage all forms · Community
- Transfer ownership of Forms from one group to another group · Community
- Transfer ownership from "my form" to another person · Community
TBH, i'm surprised some of these have not been combined as they are very similar...
Anyways, go vote! We need Admin visibility and control

Would recommend you vote to push them up the agenda. To note, Forms is still a relatively young app - its not even in Service Health! - but it is being actively developed so hopefully we will see all this functionality in the future.
I have voted personally on all three.
