How to list all the MS forms which is created for a particular tenant?
Is there any way to list all the MS Forms created in a tenant thru PowerShell or any other way?

Would recommend you vote to push them up the agenda. To note, Forms is still a relatively young app - its not even in Service Health! - but it is being actively developed so hopefully we will see all this functionality in the future.
I have voted personally on all three.
