How to edit or disable Introduction when collecting response in Microsoft Forms

Hello Team,

I am creating a Form for my organization and wish to have the names and emails captured from the AD when users fill the form, but I want to be able to control the message displayed when users attempt to fill the Form.

Precisely; "Hi, 'Firstname' When you submit this form, the owner will see your name and email address."

Is it possible to edit what is being displayed, especially removing the part that displays the person's name or disabling it entirely while still capturing the details of the user?

Thank you

I understand and already figured out that the message cannot be deleted or customized. The question is till, Why or what reason the form has this statement?
