elopategui it's not possible, there is only the Submit button.  To cancel the form the user should just close the browser window.

RobElliott When I close the form, the fields remained populated because I didn't advance to submit. is this standard?

Yes because Forms saves the responses to the local cache before you click the Submit button. Clear the browser cache and the entries will be gone.
