How to copy or duplicate an existing forms quiz
- Oct 31, 2018When you are on the "My Forms" tab, just click the ... menu in the top right corner of the actual form, then you will see a Copy button.

Hi ChrisWebbTech, I have the impression that this Copy option has been removed from the list in the menu. Correct? Is there a work around?
TIA,
Bart

Bart Van Roey Please go back up to earlier in the thread where I've given the solution & screenshots. The copy/move/delete options have not been removed, you need to click All My Forms then in the screen that appears the options are there. Screens hots are earlier in the thread here.

Thanks for the fast follow up RobElliott, and indeed I do see the Copy option in the list of All my forms. But the remaining issue is that the Form I'm trying to duplicate is not in that list. That form was created by adding a tab in a Team, and now does it appear in the list of my recent Forms, but not in my Forms...
I have now put the two forms (original and the new) in two windows and did copy > paste for the questions I wanted to re-use...The workaround via Share > Share as a template > copy URL > paste URL in new window > Duplicate should also work. So as so often in life: many solutions possible for each problem 🙂

When the new up date came the menu structure had changed
Please narrated the steps once again
whether it is the right click, left click or any other short cuts we could use

Genty_jose and others. The Forms menu screen might have changed but the method for copying a form hasn't. So I'll go through the steps again.
1. On the home screen scroll to the bottom right and do a single left click on All My Forms:
2. The All forms screen will appear (and it does look almost exactly the same as the previous menu screen). Hover over the form you want to move or copy and click the 3 dots that appear. That will give you the options shown below. Do a single left click on the option you want, for example to copy the form click Copy and a new copy will be created.
