How to connect a sharepoint list to a MS form
I have the following need:
1. I have one sharepoint list with list of sites and I need to make a risk assessment for each site (row ID).
2. after creation of the row in sharepoint, I need to start a MS form (risk assessment) with the row ID connected into it.
3. when MS form is answered, then I gather the asnwers into another sharepoint list that is connected to the first through the row ID.
it seems that we can add custom field into form only if you have pro licensee.
is there anybody knowing a workaround or which could be the solution?
